How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We cover most of the cost for you and do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. All orders in the US have a delivery fee of $9.95 regardless of how big your inflatable is or how many you order!

Where Do We Ship From?

We warehouse and fulfill our items through a variety of fulfillment centers across the U.S. When an order comes through it will get shipped from the closest distribution center to the customer.  This means orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days.

How Long Does It Take?

After an order is processed, 3-5 business days is the standard. Orders processed before 11am PST will ship same day. 

Where Do We Ship To?

Holidayana ships within the continental United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, DPO. 

Shipping Damage

We take pride in our packaging and do everything possible to ensure items arrive undamaged and in the same condition they left. Upon receiving, inspect your item thoroughly for any shipping damage. If you receive an item that appears to be damaged, contact us immediately.

Shipping Order Confirmations & Tracking

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped along with tracking information. If you don't receive this email, please contact us.

RETURNS

General Site Returns

Holidayana accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of the original receipt date and will issue a refund for the product at the time of the return, only with a valid proof of purchase and photos of the product. A valid proof of purchase is an original sales invoice or packing slip. 

Please reach out to us to get the return process started. Please include your Order Number and reason for return. Return labels for general returns are not provided. 

General Return Policy:
  • All products must be returned in original or unused condition with the product hang tags included (photos may be requested)
  • Holidayana will only honor returns placed with Holidayana.com
  • Return turn-around time is approximately 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your return

 

What to do when a product is defective 

For info about your specific warranty, parts or repairs, please reach out through the Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to guide you. Please be prepared to show proof of purchase and photos of the defective product.

1 YEAR GUARANTEE: Original order number is required for all guarantee claims. Holidayana’s One Year Guarantee applies only to Holidayana’s brand of products and products authorized by Holidayana for resale.  If a Holidayana branded product or accessory fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. The guarantee does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product.

We want to make sure you can use and enjoy your Holidayana product for years to come. Please contact our customer service for more information on how to obtain replacement parts. Please include your order number and item part number if possible.
